This Merchant Advertising Agreement is made on the date of Acceptance between the business/person included herein (“Advertiser”), and CowtownSaver LLC (“Publisher”). For the advertising options described below, Advertiser agrees to market their business on the CowtownSaver application.
A Listing, or Discount Coupon can be found in Nearby, Regions, Categories, and may be associated with some Community Events within the app. A merchant will have the ability to add Community Events, Special Ad Blocks or Push Notifications once logged in to the Merchant Portal within the app. Listings include a Merchant Landing Page and Redemption Page.
The Publisher and/or its agent’s reserves the right to refuse any advertisement it deems inappropriate. The Publisher will not accept any pornography, violence or hate (not an exhaustive list). The Publisher may request changes to any advertisement it deems unacceptable. Such a request does not constitute a termination of this agreement.
A Lifetime Monthly Advertising Rate of $29.95 (70% discount) will be applied to the first 200 Merchants. This Agreement may be cancelled by the Advertiser at any time, and for any reason.
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher and/or its agents from any liability, loss and expense of any nature arising out of the display of any graphics, text, and illustrations supplied by the Advertiser.
